Location: The Forum and Barrow Town Centre

Time: Activities, workshops, street performances all day from 10.30am. Tea-time performance in The Forum 5.30pm (book tickets using the link below). Holi (coloured powder-throwing event) follows the performance and will begin at 7pm. 

A FREE, all day, celebration of South-Asia; this is a family-friendly festival of Indian-inspired Bollywood and Yakshagana dance, music, food + craft stalls.

Enjoy live events from Preston Mela and the award-winning SAMPAD, who promote South-Asian arts throughout the country.

Henna artists will be on hand to create beautiful temporary tattoos (book a slot on arrival in the Forum), and a Bollywood DJ will be on the decks outside the town hall as a fire-breathing dancer does their thing!

Holimoli Rangeeli!

A sensational fusion of drumming, dance, music, fashion and storytelling in The Forum Theatre with some of the UK’s best artists followed by the famous coloured-powder-throwing Holi outside the theatre.

Tickets for Holimoli Rangeeli are £5 for adults and free for children, plus a £1.25 booking fee per transaction.
